Bar Barns バー・バーンズ
If you are looking for a nice warm atmosphere that is authentic, Bar Barns is probably the best place in the city to go. It's a bit more expensive than average and has a cover charge of ¥1,300, but the drinks, in particular, the fruit cocktails, make it worth the go.
Bar Barns is located a 5-minute walk from the Exit 4 of the Fushimi Station.
This is a gorgeous authentic bar with Japanese omotenashi (hospitality) at its best. It has a small cover charge of ¥315, and the fresh fruits and vegetable cocktails are really popular. They are about ¥1,300 a glass.

Estamare is a dimly lit, sombre bar that you'll absolutely love if you are into this old fashion kind of classy. The bar is on the 15th floor of the Marriot Hotel. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7 PM during which you can have two drinks for ¥1,200.

This one is easy to miss because it is located on a basement floor, so be on the lookout for the signboard written in English on the floor. You'll be surprised by the quality of the drinks and the affordability of the place considering that it's really comfortable and high-end-looking. Most people pay between ¥2,000 to ¥2,999 there. Really worth the go. There are 9 counter seats and 14 sofa seats.
Bunon is a wine dining bar that is quite fancy and serves really top-quality foods and drinks. The thing to have there if you are planning to dine is the incredibly juicy Hamburg steak. They also have a good cheese selection. Pair the food with some good wines the house serves and you'll be in heaven.
